How to use?

By inflating the Neck Joy Pillow to your desired pressure, it supports the head and extends to the neck and spine, restoring a natural neck curvature. You'll feel increased blood flow, immediate relaxation, and relief from pain and tension:

  1. Secure the soft flannel covered pillows around your neck and use the pump to properly inflate the device in less than a couple of minutes.

  2. As you squeeze the cervical inflation pump, the unit fills with air to stretch and relax your neck muscles, promoting blood supply and circulation. You control the speed and the pressure on your shoulders.

🕑 For quality results, we recommend using the Neck Joy Pillow at least once a day for 30 minutes or more per session.

What are the precautions?

Please note: If you suffer from severe neck related pain we recommend consulting with your doctor before using this device.

(1) Do not overinflate! The traction devices are inflatable and have bladders inside which can burst if overinflated. the Neck Joy Pillow is designed to be used gradually and to tolerance. They provide a great amount of traction force and there is no need to use maximum force or over-inflate for normal use.

(2) Do not adjust the device unit by pulling on the tubes! Adjustment should be made using the velcro straps and by moving the cloth layers. Pulling on the tubes will cause damage to the unit which is not covered under warranty.

Important: Follow your doctor's directions if prescribed, and relax as much as possible during use. If discomfort occurs during use, deflate the device and adjust angle and pressure until discomfort disappears, then try again. Major traction force should be followed by 30 minutes of minor or moderate level traction.

Avoid sharp objects or forceful handling during use. Avoid leaving filled with air while unused, but store with a little air still in to prolong product life.

What is the size?

This cervical pillow is easily adjustable so you can control the amount of air for a comfortable spinal stretch to relax your neck and shoulders. Should fit comfortably up to 17.5" neck size.

How long is shipping?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship within 24-72 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. Do i receive a tracking number?

In most cases when the order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Some countries where shipping is restricted to a few shipping companies there may not have tracking available, but this is rare. Please send us an email at contact@axengizmo.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.

How do i return my order?

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do within 14 days. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your items(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
